Meet the Owner & Director of Boise Cotillion– Natalie Gallegos
Boise Cotillion is proud to announce new ownership under Natalie Gallegos, a respected educator, choreographer, and dance professional with over 25 years of teaching experience in the Treasure Valley and abroad. Natalie has been the lead dance instructor & Director for Boise Cotillion for the past 26 years, and she is honored to continue the program’s legacy passed on from the amazing Mrs. Denise Hodges of teaching confidence, courtesy, and social awareness to young people.
Natalie received her professional ballroom certification through Fred Astaire Dance Studios in 1999 and has trained students in a wide range of partner dances including Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Swing, Cha-Cha, Salsa, and more. She studied ballet, modern dance, and choreography at Boise State University and has extensive experience in youth leadership programs, theatrical choreography, and life skills education through dance and movement.

Natalie is also the owner of Onyx Dance & Arts Studios in Boise, where she teaches ballroom, Latin dance, Yoga, Fitness Dance, Yoga Trapeze, Youth Dance, Wedding Preparation, and Performing Arts Programs.
As the new owner of Boise Cotillion, Natalie is committed to honoring the traditions of Cotillion while continuing to create a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for every student. Her mission is to help young people build strong social skills, confidence, leadership, and character—qualities that last a lifetime.
