 All enrollees, Alumni and new members are required to complete the Enrollment Information form below.  You will copy this into an email and send directly to boisecotillion@aol.com.  THE ENROLLMENT BEGINNING WITH THE JANUARY NIFTY 50'S IS PRORATED (at the same per class as those who began in December) Enrollment is $230.00, Sibling enrollment  is $210  If this is your 1st year in Cotillion there is an additional registration fee of $25.00.  Please view the payment choices below.  Please read the Covid/Snowday statement, and "agree" on the Enrollment Information form.

Covid and Other Events Statement.      Read and confirm agreement by typing "agree" on form below Currently, we are in a normal social environment, however in the event of an issue with Covid this 2024-2025 season, we need to address this now.  Boise Cotillion does not adhere to social distancing.  Children with any symptons of any illness are required to stay home.  Boise Cotillion will not be held responsible if Covid or any other contagious virus or disease is potentially contracted at Cotillion.  In the event of school closures for any reason or strict distancing guidelines required or CDC reccommended, we maintain the right to cancel Cotillion. We have had a "SNOW DAY" cancellation, and always try to reschedule. In the event that parties must be cancelled and not rescheduled, any refunds would be prorated by the remaining events and 50% of party fee would be available for requested refund.  Please note that Cotillion is still responsible for venue contract, regardless of cancellation. Please check off agreement box during enrollment, which signifys acceptance of this policy. In addition please note, no refunds are given for sickness, travel, school events or any other reason for an enrollee missing a party. The Enrollment Fee is for the Season of Parties.
